I’m feeling very aware that posting a receipe for a salad – may seem a little patronising to all you budding masterchefs out there! But learning how to make my own salad dressings was one of the first things that I did – which allowed me to really gain my confidence in the kitchen. The key is TASTE TASTE TASTE – and then you will learn what to add to get your dressing – and then any sauce thereafter – to get the balance right. Sweet balances salt. And acid balances fat.
